Prices

  1. Prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
  2. Although we endeavour to keep to listed prices, we do reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
  3. For large bulky items, such as furniture products, you can pay for the item on-line, but we would need to contact you to arrange the shipping cost (which could depend upon a number of factors), and to organise the transport arrangements.  The flat despatch fee of $11 does not apply for such large products.  This caveat would be mentioned in the product description.

Monthly Account Customers

  1. No statements are issued.  Please pay on invoice.  Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of the End of the Month.
  2. Invoices are despatched with goods.  Payment will be due on the receipt of orders.  We do not accept payment in advance, unless it be a deposit for a special order.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Cut lengths, made to measure items, or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization.
  3. All claims must be made within 10 days of the date of invoice or purchase.
  4. We must receive all authorized returns within 21 days of the date of invoice or purchase.
  5. We will honour all rights for the return of faulty goods as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. A 50% deposit is required for special orders.
  2. We will do everything possible to keep our advertised prices up to date.
  3. When items are not in stock, we will fill the order as soon as possible.
  4. Where extended delays of more than 14 days are anticipated, we will inform the customer as to the reason for the delay, and the expected delivery date.
  5. We request that customers please choose carefully.  We do not ordinarily issue refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision.  In such cases, an exchange for other goods of equal/higher value, or the issuance of a credit note for future transactions, are applied.
  6. Customers are entitled to a refund, product replacement, or credit if they receive goods which are damaged, faulty or wrongly described.

Despatch Policy

  1. We despatch goods either by company delivery, courier or Australia Post.
  2. We personally deliver larger orders, by company van,  to customers who reside within an approximate 20 km radius of our business premises.  This delivery can normally be expected within two weeks of the date of the order.  There is a delivery fee, which is much lower than the cost of despatching larger or multiple consignments by courier or post.
  3. Despatch by courier or post, within Australia, is charged at a flat fee of $11.00 inclusive of a small packing and handling fee.  Great care is taken to pack orders securely in order to ensure their safe arrival.
  4. International customers who wish to purchase on-line, need to contact us by email or telephone with the details of their order, so that we can calculate the international postage fee, and inform them of the cost, before we can finalize the transaction.
